Cash handling Shelf stacking Customer complaints/ queries Teamwork Production
Customer service is definitely a skill I have developed through my apprenticeship at Aldi as well as cash handling because my previous job didn’t entail these qualities
Very much and would love to progress in the future
Very valued because all meme era of staff not only in the work place but highter up the higherarcy know names and give tips and pointers to help you progress
Very well organised as my apprenticeship scheme and trainer is in constant contact with me and my manager giving him updates on what and how I’m doing within the written side of the apprenticeship
A lot we communicate very often and any help or advice I need on the work in hand she’s always a message away for me to contact
A fair bit as my training provider is always letting him know how I’m doing and when I’ll be next getting seen but she also gives me tasks to do that they set me up for
Compared to people who aren’t on the apprenticeship scheme at my place of work it isn’t a lot but it’s mostly enough
Yes we have Courses such as AMS and 1st aid
Yes
Because of the amount you learn in such a small time
Practice clash handling and listen to what people at the place of Work are telling you because they have been there and done what you’re doing and they’re trying there best to help
