Managing a team to work efficiently and help to generate sales for the business everyday
I have developed further communication skills and management skills within my apprenticeship
I enjoy the programme as it has given me responsibilities and allowed me to put my ideas forward to help the business and enjoy coming into work each day and working with my colleagues
In my store I feel very valued and appreciated
I think the programme is well structured because each year of my apprenticeship has developed each year and given me more of an idea of the what the job requires every year.
