Substation craftsperson apprentice. carrying out maintenance and testing on HV mechanical and LV equipment. And completing training tasks.
I have learnt to work well as part of a team. Gained my City and Guilds qualification and have been working towards my NVQ.
I enjoy the work life balance at the moment and get on well with the team I work with.
I feel we are valued, however more could be done
the programme is very well planned however it can be frustrating booking holidays around college courses but 90 percent of the time this isn't an issue
the support we receive has been excellent. If you are struggling help is available.
