I am a network engineer, service and maintain a HFC and copper network
yes I have learned a range of new skills and abililty
my current work programme is enjoyable
as a qualified engineer I feel valued as not many have my skill set
my current work is structured well although the apprenticeship was a bit mixed up
not as much as I would have like regarding the apprenticeship side although the mentoring side was brilliant
my local team network has been great the wider apprenticeship has been scarce as lot of personel changes
I believe the for the amount of training and time it has taken to become a qualified engineer. the salary does not meet that.
not many
Yes
although there has been a lot of change and confusing I had gained a massive amount of new skills and grown as a person through my time with the company
be open to challenge yourself as you may be surprised at what you can achieve with a little nudge in the right direction
