  • my current work is structured well although the apprenticeship was a bit mixed up

  • not as much as I would have like regarding the apprenticeship side although the mentoring side was brilliant

  • my local team network has been great the wider apprenticeship has been scarce as lot of personel changes

  • I believe the for the amount of training and time it has taken to become a qualified engineer. the salary does not meet that.

  • Yes

  • although there has been a lot of change and confusing I had gained a massive amount of new skills and grown as a person through my time with the company

  • be open to challenge yourself as you may be surprised at what you can achieve with a little nudge in the right direction
