Provisioning customer circuits and dealing with clients to ensure we provide good quality service to our customers.
I have Increased my knowledge of the Virgin Media network and how we cater our services to support customer requests.

Very. the support everyone receives in this team is incredible and we are all one big family under the Virgin umbrella.
The course is well structured and is designed to suit individuals who both work and study at the same time.
Training is always provided and everyone is supported in accordance to their PDP.
My employer is always on hand to mentor and support me when required.
For the level of degree I am doing and the amount of work I am putting in, I am satisfied with my salary.
As an apprentice I feel as though I don't take part in enough activities outside of work. This is something that I feel could change in the future.
