To install Tv,phoneline and broadband services into customers homes as well as do service calls for faults as well.
I have improved my communicattion skills.
The field tech job role it self I enjoy very much. The apprenticeship is a joke and rubbish.
Not very valued seeing as they hire us all then within a month or so make all the managers that look after us redundant leaving us without support for six months.
Apprenticeships can.be organised and structured???
Hmmm what is support?
Oh the managers who support us for the job role. Very supportive!
It meets them just enough.
There are but I haven't looked into it.
No
I would never in my life recommend virgin media to a friend for an apprenticeship. To go join as a field tech straight away yes id rexommend. Not for an apprenticeship.
Never apply for an apprenticeship here. Apply to join the role you want directly!
