On a day to day basis I take calls from our customers and amend their insurance to reflect the right information. I also deal with customer complaints and resolving their issues.

I have learnt a lot at Direct line, I have discovered how insurance works, how to cover a team for a day. I have also developed my confidence.

I really enjoy my apprenticeship programme as I find everyday I learn something new and I feel as if my career is progressing day by day.
