I work cases and contact insurance companies, solicitors and body shops to obtain information in order to settle and close my profile, I also adjust invoice tabs in order for the files to close. My role has targets that need to be met and I negotiate accordingly.
yes I have learnt, how business accounting works and how double entry works also, I am enjoying the course so far
I feel refreshed and happy that I have the opportunity to upgrade my existing skills
I feel somewhat valued and I am grateful I can do the course I am doing
I get a lot of material to help me learn and understand my course and my tutor is available if needed
I feel my tutor is lovely she helps me whenever needed and is only a call or email away

I feel my salary is ok but do feel I need to upgrade, re-train in order to increase this to a better standard
yes there are always events going on and I will be going to Egham during my course
