  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I have found the structure very ordered and consistent in terms of learning new techniques , receiving basic training and studying. Task delegation is excellent as all tasks are assigned at the start of the day so everyone knows what they are doing. The team hierarchy is a good order so you know who you can talk to regarding whatever issues you have.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I am not paid much but I can understand why as I knew what my salary would be when I started my employment with the company. My salary has increased slightly due the rise in national apprenticeship wage. I still get paid for overtime which does help bring in more money. My salary in total contributes to fuel and other daily costs.
