Apprenticeship programme has dropped off a little. But I really enjoy the work I do.

At first it was well organised but it has dropped off.
Always there if needed and we have regular catch ups.

Great place to work in general, there is little pressure on you as long as you get the work done. The pay and benefits are great.
I would not hesitate to apply straight away if I was in that situation.
