My role is an assistant bank manager, this involves managing a number of colleagues within different roles in the branch to run a branch and business successfully.
I have developed soley on the context received with the external exam RBCB.
I have to admit I have not overlly enjoyed this programme due to the length it takes to complete it as well as doing a fulltime job.
Very.
I have struugled like I said previously with this programme due to having my Learn Direct support changing due to them changing their jobs and having to be supported remotly over the phone for around 6 months.
The support I require from him is mainly around the RBCB exam and this is difficult for him to help as he is not sure of the content of the course or the context of the questions.
It is more difficult now as taking a promotion as an manager I know have limited time to complete any apprenticeship work in the work place and have to complete all studies at home.
Well... as not on an apprentice wage.
With completing the Level 3 in providing financial services I also complete an external qualification which is recognised within other financial sectors.
Yes
As there is many opportunites to learn and prgress within the bank and it is all part of your reward scheme so you do not need to pay for this support.
It is something that will help you in the future as the training provided is 5 star and is looked to be one of the best. The areas that you will learn and progress in are massive meaning that there is plently of job roles in the bank to help you progress further.
