My current role as a store apprentice in my second year is brilliant. I’m very much involved in the running of the store, shown how a manager should run a shift. I have been given the opportunity to run my own shift and it’s amazing just how much people listen to you and how great of a team you can have.
I’ve learnt to become a lot more confident and am willing to push myself more and more each day.
I enjoy it a lot, I’m given responsibilities I never thought I’d get given. When I ask someone to do something for me they do it and my team is just brilliant. If I ever need some help then everyone is the store is there to help you and I can’t ask for more than that
Immensely
Very well. I see a tutor at least once a month where I can discuss everything that’s going on and can complete my college work and tests without going to college. I can take anything I learn from my day to day jobs and apply it to my coursework. No matter what I know if I need something then Aldi is there to help.
A lot, they provide all the help and support I need
A lot if not more. If I need help/advice then they will try there best
It meets my costs just right
Not too sure
