Being on the till and serving customers. Or filling the shelves with stock all in good time and to a high standard.
I have learnt how to speak to people better. And earn respect from work colleagues
I enjoy doing this . I am excited for my next two years has to offer
I feel they could replace me/ anyone at anytime and not care
At the start I wasn't given an idea of what is expected from me. However this has improved over the last few months
Always helping me. Including some of my mangers. Always giving me advice of how I can get better.
I wouldn't say I receive any support
Not very well , I struggle with the money receive however I look past this as the end result will be worth it
There is ! At the moment we're doing stuff for charity and there's an opportunity to govsky diving . And a football tournament against other stores
