My role in Aldi is a store assistant. Here I deliver a consistent hard working performance day to day such as working deliveries, Tidying the shop floor, doing date checking.
I have developed existing skills such as my team work. In my role I have enjoyed the influence of working in teams. I also feel a lot more confident creating conversation as I progress on.
I enjoy most parts of the programme. From date checking to tidying the shop floor, it’s a whole new experience for me.
I feel valued by Aldi as the staff know the poteintial I have to be something special one day.
My programme is well organised as I’m doing different things day to day.
I learn something new every day. That’s whats great about the company. The staff are willing to give me a helping hand whenever I need it.
I receive lots of support from Aldi as they have offered me the retail trust service if things get sour.
Very well. I stay local to the store so I don’t need to spend money on transport.
