I visit customers to install and or fix their broadband, tv and phone line
I have learned about RF signal and how telephones and broadband works
The holiday is generous and it is great when I get some time off. The job itself is quite stressful and the whole apprenticeship has been a bit of a mess
Not at all. I don't feel that they have put much effort into my development and it feels like I have just been doing as much jobs as possible for them for way less money.
Now it doesn't seem too bad. But up until a couple of months ago I had no idea what I was supposed to be doing as my apprenticeship manager got made redundant and there was no support or advice for about 6 months of the year apprenticeship
I think now GKA have taken over support is there if I need it. But based on the year so far it has been non existent up until recently
I know my manager will help me if needed the problem has jusT been complete lack of communication as to what work I was supposed to be doing for my qualification
To be honest the money could be a lot worse for an apprenticeship but considering the amount of work I have done it isn't great.
Not sure what this questions means exactly
No
Overworked, underpayed.
Anything other than service is probably great. Avoid being a technician
