Very much so. Great team around me and fantastic company culture. I have certainly enjoyed my time here.
Very much valued. I regularly recieve feedback from staff in high up positions which is a great moral boost.
Very well structured. Regular college reviews and check ins with my tutor. Also alternating Study Days and College Days which is good to break up a working week.
Lots the college have been fantastic. I can email my tutor if i have any queries at all. They have been very supportive and made the course enjoyable.
You are assigned a mentor for your time as an apprentice, very helpful and approachable with any queries.
Very well paid apprenticeship. Travel costs are costly but are reduced by the firm loaning the cost of a years ticket to be paid off each month. Location of office is very close to the train station. Good Social budget here too.
Volunteered outside of work doing mock interviews at a high school and plenty of clubs/networks to join. We have a social committee too.

Fantastic firm - best thing I have done.
Research the company in detail. It's a very long application process but stick with it and you will be ok. Certainly worth it.
