My role is a training deputy manager where I will run shifts, handle safe, open/close store, complete daily paperwork and ordering.
I have learnt different skills like good time management, organisation, leadership and problem solving.
I enjoy my programme as I have learnt so much and have progressed really well with my training
I have had really good training and they really help push me to progress with them.
It is well organised as they have a plan for you to show different things they will train you on at different times and where you need to be.
I receive lots of support from them. They have a lots of time and patience with you, they are pushing for your to do your best and are always there to help with anything I’m unsure of.
I receive lots of support as they are on top with my training and always have the time to show me new things that I need to know.
The salary is really good especially from a young age they pay really well compared to others.

It’s a great experience you learn so much, have a great amount of training and can progress.
Make sure that this is what you want to do, aim to progress and believe you can do it. with the good training you will receive you will be where you want to be in no time.
