I am a trainee engineer, providing customers with telephone and internet use
I have totally reskilled under this traineeship
Hugely it is a massive challenge for someone who spent 10 years in finance
Extremely, their training is world class
I have weekly and monthly updates on my progress, as well as dedicated days during working hours to complete my vcourse. I cannot emphasize how well structured it is
My training provider is in contact almost on a daily basis in order to help me achieve my goals and learn the skills to become an engineer.
Total support, up to and including rearranging training days to accommodate my home life.
My costs are totally covered by the company.
I have yet to find opportunities outside of work to use my skills. However, BT has made it very clear that if necessary they wouldsupport me 100%
