I am a trainee business adviser who helps with daily bookkeeping for clients to year end stat accounts.
I am studying towards a level 4 AAT qualifications as well as learning a lot about what systems are implemented for accountancy such as Xero
I have a great supportive team who helps me when needed and always keeps me smiling. I also have people in other departments who always look out for me
I feel valued from the team I work in and my involvement in jobs are respected and always valued
Induction went well and the support i get is helpful just the structure of my college has been a little bit of a roller coaster on top of internal training
My training providers are amazing and very accommodating who always help with problems i get
My employers give me a lot of support that usually resolves the problem
Very well. I keep my cost low as saving for a house but it covers all my rent and travel needs
we usually partake in events at least once a month and have great away days

They are a very friendly company to work for which always accommodates everyone. I feel my values are respected and is definitely the right move for anyone trying to progress their career
Be yourself. Ask questions when you are not sure and just be open and honest.
