We do the same job as the other TMs. Monday is always trade focused downloading reports and analysing sales
Learnt a lot of excel skills. learnt a lot of people skills and working in a team and on your own
I do enjoy it. I didn't at first but on a different teams it's a lot better

apprenticeship scheme is good although you don't get many perks working in clothing compared to the rest of the business
be well prepared for assessment day, read up before on chosen area, speak to others who have been on assessment days
