  • We do the same job as the other TMs. Monday is always trade focused downloading reports and analysing sales

  • I do enjoy it. I didn't at first but on a different teams it's a lot better

  • very, I like college is on the same day and assignments are quite spread out

  • apprenticeship scheme is good although you don't get many perks working in clothing compared to the rest of the business

  • be well prepared for assessment day, read up before on chosen area, speak to others who have been on assessment days
