My job title is an apprentice paralegal and on a day to day basis I am dealing with all the post and deadlines on my files, as well as assisting with other matters.
I've learnt skills in relation to my job role and also developed my communication skills.
I enjoy the work I do on a daily basis and I also enjoy the team that I work in.
I feel valued because they do provide good rewards and services to the employees as well as a recognition scheme.
The programme was well organised but there was sometimes a lack of communication between the different parties involved.
Cilex Law School provide brilliant support
My employer is also very supportive and is able to answer any questions.
I am able to meet all my costs with my salary.
There are clubs to join, for example the netball team.
