I take the role of being a store apprentice which will mean I will be on the till or helping out on the shop floor. It varies on the days what I do, so I could be doing the bread, helping on the Chiller, or store standards (carding). Also I have shifts where I so specials so I will be bringing out stock ready for the next day.
Yes I have learnt new skills. I have learnt rotation of stock. How to complete the waste at the end of the day and what waste is suited for the crate. I have developed more confidence with working at aldi.
I enjoy my programme a lot. I finish the work that’s given to me on time. I feel the work is very suitable and is helping me with what I want to become at aldi.
I feel very valued at aldi. The staff are very welcoming and there is help there when it’s needed.
It is very organised. I get my work emailed to me Which is very handy.
