I am a manufacturing apprentice. My role consists of working on granulation towers that consists of three main jobs; loading, driving and dispensing.
Yes I have both learnt new skills and also enhanced those I already had. I have learnt a process that I would not have any idea of before, I have improved my communication skills and problem solving skills.
I enjoy my programme because it has helped me to learn new skills and also pick up good qualifications along the way.
I feel valued at GSK as I am given tasks to do by management to contribute to improving the ways of working. This shows, to me, that my opinions are valued
