On a day to day basis i have many roles but mainly act along side store assistants in completing similar jobs. Aswell as this i train with managers small jobs which i will be required to do when i become a manager.
My customer service skills have improved massively since i started the apprenticeship but i have also gained leadership skills and can now confidently give orders where needed.
I enjoy coming to work to learn more within this programme ans progress to a higher level.
I believe that i was welcomed very well into my new environment and i am a valuable member to the team.
The programme is very structured in that im always given a plan on what i am doing and what to do next so i can work individually if need be.
I recieve help when needed from my training provider but my colleagues are also a massive help.
My colleagues and managers are always there for me and happy to help if i need it. They always make sure im comfortable in any task im doing.
The salary i am currently on meets all my costs but i would benefit when my wage rises as this would be a massive help.
I feel that due to my age opportunities are slightly likited as everywhere expects you to have previous experience. That is where aldi is different and gives you a pathway to start at.
Yes
Its a good environment to work in as you are always surrounded by helpful kind people who always make you feel welcome.
Be yourself, but always try your hardest in everything you do and be willing to try new things.
