Assistant tax advisor – My responsibilities include engaging with clients to collect and analyse data for large clients.
Attended many training courses to understand tax not only in my area but of wider areas. Undertaking exams to achieve CFAB, then ACA in the long term. Excel and personal skills have increased greatly.
Enjoy the programme greatly. R&D team at EY have been great to work with, with lots of intrnal traning oppertunities. Exceeds expectations
Feel very valued at EY and example was getting a values award from the team for the work I had been doing.
Very structured, with regular training programmes and exam help
Feel supported the materials are very available with help. During college the tutors were available face to face and via email
The team is very supportive with a buddy, a counselor and a coach who are of three different levels which is of great help while helping me in my career progression.
Have low costs as live at home so fits well.
