Machinery Technical Operator Running P21 Asser Safely and effectively. Monitoring ingredients usage and product quality. Liaising with Mixing Bay, Production and Engineering Teams.
Yes, I have have picked up new skills / knowledge in relation to running the machinery which includes - lubrication and further fault finding. How to strip down certain items, clean and reassemble.
Yes I am enjoying the programme thus far. I have learned new skills and also had the opportunity to visit other sites. (Carlton)

Pretty good in terms of organisation and structure, this is also improving as the course progresses
Early days but it appears to be good thus far.
I have received quite a bit of support from the CI Manager (Mark Burnett).
The difference between skilled and unskilled is marginal and I feel that this should be bigger.
There are some courses for numeracy and literacy open to employees but there's not much else outside work.
