    • Machinery Technical Operator Running P21 Asser Safely and effectively. Monitoring ingredients usage and product quality. Liaising with Mixing Bay, Production and Engineering Teams.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

    • Yes, I have have picked up new skills / knowledge in relation to running the machinery which includes - lubrication and further fault finding. How to strip down certain items, clean and reassemble.

    • Yes I am enjoying the programme thus far. I have learned new skills and also had the opportunity to visit other sites. (Carlton)

    • I do feel valued ...and being on this programme and the opportunities I have had already I have great

    • Pretty good in terms of organisation and structure, this is also improving as the course progresses

    • Early days but it appears to be good thus far.

    • I have received quite a bit of support from the CI Manager (Mark Burnett).

    • The difference between skilled and unskilled is marginal and I feel that this should be bigger.

    • There are some courses for numeracy and literacy open to employees but there's not much else outside work.
