Corporate Tax Associate, preparation of corporate tax returns. Interactions across a wide team across the region.
Qualified ATT and studying for CTA at moment. Lots of external training for qualifications. Less so internally.

Junior employees seem rather expendable after exam results. But generally get given a large amount of responsibility.
National perspective well organised, more locally responsibility falls to people managers who may not have the skills or expertise to support study and development of junior staff.
