I work in the marketing team at Unilever, specifically in the Hair category on Dove Hair.
I've learnt a lot of new skills in my role in terms of how to write a business case, kicking off new innovations and also learning the P&L and crucial business performance measures.
I very much enjoy my programme. Digital Marketing is an area of marketing I very much enjoy and fits into my job role.
I feel very valued by Unilever
Very organised, I study every Thursday at university and work the remaining days in the week
I receive quite a bit of training however feel there could be more training sessions for apprentices learning the fundamentals of marketing
I feel very supported my by employer, having regular catch ups with my line manager and attending training sessions where possible
I feel that the salary is manageable however could be increased as I am beginning to think about relocating closer to work as travel costs are very expensive.
There are a lot of social opportunities outside work, yes.
Yes
Unilever really cares and values employees. The work life balance is very much considered as well as mental health, too.
Be YOU!
