In my role as an associate in the global mobility tax team, I carry out a wide range of compliance and advisory work including: • Preparing, reconciling and submitting UK income tax returns on CCH software • Corresponding with clients via telephone or email regarding their UK tax returns • Preparing P11D’s and P11D(b)’s • Preparing Certificate of Coverage applications, including posted worker and multi-state applications • Preparing modified payroll calculations • Assessing the residency position of individuals • Liaising with member firms • Calling HMRC to chase submitted applications and discuss client issues • Pre-populating HMRC forms including Forms 64-8, SA1, and P85 • Preparing and reviewing client invoices and narratives
