Machinery Technical Operator with specific focus on wrapping machines. Effective and safe running of said machines which involves change overs between products. Liaising Site Management (FLL/FLM), Stores and Engineering.
Although the course has only recent commenced I have acquired new skills and understanding - Food Hygiene and Health & Safety including Manual Handling.
I am enjoying it and really looking forward to course and the opportunities it will present including learning more engineering aspects.
I feel valued and I feel that my contribution is acknowledged.
It's well organised and challenging...and I feel that it's moving along well.
I feel that we have support whenever we need it.....
Likewise as above we get support as required / requested.
It's sufficient for the role
