  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

    • Machinery Technical Operator with specific focus on wrapping machines. Effective and safe running of said machines which involves change overs between products. Liaising Site Management (FLL/FLM), Stores and Engineering.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

    • Although the course has only recent commenced I have acquired new skills and understanding - Food Hygiene and Health & Safety including Manual Handling.

    • I am enjoying it and really looking forward to course and the opportunities it will present including learning more engineering aspects.

    • I feel valued and I feel that my contribution is acknowledged.

    • It's well organised and challenging...and I feel that it's moving along well.
