I currently work in HR within the performance management team. On a day to day basis I look after secondment reports, appeals, priority tracker, WaS, how to guides, indicative ratings, the mid year process.
I have learnt how to use excel and I've developed strong excel skills
I'm really enjoying my programme, as the experience I am getting is invaluable
I feel very valued by Santander, as everyone is always trying to help
My programme is well organised and structured, there is always something to do and I'm constantly learning and developing new skills
There isn't a great deal of support, however they can be contacted and normally a response or help is provided quickly
I receive a lot of support from my employer
I think my salary could be a bit better, as I spend a lot of money on travel to work.
There are a great deal of opportunities outside of work
