Paint spraying apprentice Review

My role is as a paint spraying apprentice in the motor vehicle repair industry. My daily rutines could deal with handling situations that I have been trained to do for the last three years, including vehicle paint spraying, paint repairs, colour matching repairs. Some of the projects I have received to take on over the years have included spraying several request sample panels to be show in car shows all over the country.

So many new skills. Before this apprenticeship, I did not have the slightest idea about paint spraying or vehicle repairs. Now I feel confident that I can tackle any sort of problem that might appear in my way.

I really do enjoy the work that is provided. my team are very supportive of my actions and even my mistakes some times, which is more than I could've asked for! When I applied I had a rough idea how it was going to be due to things some friends and friends of friends kept telling me, but even with those comments, I was still blown away.

I feel very safe and secure working for BMW Group. They make you feel as part of the team from day one, and not once did I feel left out out of anything just because of my work title. The managers keep supporting me and my fellow apprentices with any means possible and I am very greatful about that.

From our college dates, to our college subjects and work, to our progress and training at work, the whole program has been structured to almost perfection. They make sure that any problems, concerns and inquiries that we have, they are more than happy to oblige with answers. Study work never felt too hard that we felt back at school, but never too light that we thought we didnt grasp something important. everything has been devided equally.

Our year's tutor has been brilliant. He has helped us through tough subjects and perplexing projects until we had figured it out completely. Even when it came to personal problems, problems at work, or even at home, he always seemed willing to listen at our problems even when there was no solution.

Like our tutor, our employers is about the same really. no real worries or problems that we had where big enough that he or they coulnt handle with us. Just great support.

Until our apprenticeship finishes, our salary is at a reasonable price.

Loads. but for the time being, I feel like I will be staying here for many years to come.
