Equipment Engineer the develop jigs and fixtures to test and develop devices
CAD, Experiments, injection moulding, time management, 3D printing
I enjoy all aspects of my apprenticeship as i feel like im learning so much every day
within my department i feel valued and i feel like i have purpose
my week is structured really well as I do 1 day a week at college and 4 at work which i feel is a good balence
My super visor and line manager are very supportive but i feel that the college tutors could be more supportive
My super visor and line manager are very supportive and so is the company in general
They are more than enough for me to live and enjoy myself
Company activities are great outside of work and there is always room to develop and improve
