Engineering apprenticeship and attend college every day
I have learnt lots of useful skills from the program at college that I will be able to take into the work place when on site. I also improved my skills on the training corses we where sent on.
I love my apprenticeship and really enjoy everyday

Lots of support. Always try to help you and have meetings with myself and other colleagues frequently.
I recive lots of support from GSK even though I am not on site for the first year. We have monthly meetings and frequent communication with people in the coumpany

I think that it is a fantastic coumpany to work for and I really enjoy every day
