On-Prem Capability apprentice in charge of running capabilities within the technology area to continuously improve process' and keeping the enciroment current. Also in charge of keeping our sharepoint site up to date and working for the team to use on a daily basis. Attend regular meeting and interact with the engineering team.
Gained and developed my sharepoint skills, developed organisation and communication skills. Itil Training, DevOps Training, AWS Training, Microsoft Training, First Aid Training
I highly enjoy the programme as it gives me an opportunity to develop skills in a work based enviroment and gain a better understanding of working in a full time job role as well as being able to study alongside this and gain a degree.
Incredibly valued. Continuous recognition and approval from manager when working on new projects and taking on new tasks.
My team agree a set structure to allow time for studying and that time was my own to use to study and not complete any team work. Continuous training and improvement opportunities. Opportunities for menotrs.
Monthly meetings with assessor to give quick status update. Support is there if needed however I rarely used so cannot give accurate representation on the support given, but it was there is needed.
Highly supportive, continuous meetings, small updates, checking that I am working well. Put time in with me if I need the time to complete a task.
High salary for my age, allows me to run a car and have a high social life as well as put away saving.
Many different social opportunities within Unilever, photography club, charity events and opportunities, football teams etc.
