I spend each day learning about project work and all the roles that come within that. This involves Shadowing APM work ( sit the exam ) Getting to take on tasks that someone in that role would do going to learning workshops
I have learned lots of valuable skills to do with Project management and working within a business
Everyone is super helpful and Made my time very enjoyable
I feel very valued, everyone is excited to help me and work with me as I am an apprentice. Line manager ensures everything is in place and get acknowledge regularly for my contributions.
Lloyds side: Superb 10/10 External coaching company skills team/learn direct : not so much 5/10
It's getting better slowly but at the start there were a few "teething" issues as we had a brand new provider
Tons, get great exposure , lots of shadowing , time to my study and everyone wants to help.
Insane, straight out of school so any money is good money in my eyes, any work related travel is covered by expenses but for day to day and social costs still got plenty of money to live off and then some
Tons, every other week something is there for is to get involved in
