I am a single point of contact for franchise customer of all types I collate referrals and then allocate to the relevant departments based on the needs of the customer. Provide structural advise on how to franchise business and on boarding new franchises to support their franchisees moving forwards.
Yes I have developed the customer service skills I previously had, I have also learnt how to work more independently from being part of a national team. I have also learnt how to effectively speak to business owners.
Since the programme I have had a consistent change of line manager which has left me with serious trust issues, I feel isolated on the programme as my role is so bespoke nobody to speak to about the accreditation and to share experience with.
Not very, The team I am in at the moment has been restructured with no space for me once I qualify so once qualified likelihood I will be moved to another role.
Not very, I have put alt of hard work into the programme I have dyslexia but feel like my learning difficulty has not been taken seriously.
Regular review calls with assessor, and I now have a learning support advisor for my learning difficulty.
As much as they can give, but to be fair damange was done a while ago so I don't really trust my employer anymore
Salary is good, work environment is horrible
Not that I know of
No
Feel like I have been passed onto different line managers I have nobody to talk to, would never want anybody to feel like this in a job.
If you are happy to work completely on you're own the go for it! realistic view of how the programme would be would have been helpful so I was able to prepare myself.
