  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Over the course of my 2 year apprenticeship, I have thoroughly enjoyed my apprenticeship. There have been times which have been stressful and not well organized, however I have never not wanted to come into work. There is a great office atmosphere and everyone in the office is always happy to help no matter the question.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • This apprenticeship has not been well structured throughout the entirety of the apprenticeship. At the beginning, the course was running smoothly however part of the way through there was some major changes that I believe the company was not very well prepared for. This caused confusion across the apprentices.
