Starting manger training will learn how to run the business ,do ordering of stock and cash handling and how to run shifts as part of the Aldi team helping with deliveries , paper work and helping with date checks and make sure I complete all tasks to the highest of standards for the company
I have leaned loads of skills through this Aldi apprenticeship from working delivers to being on the tills and how to work in a fast pace work environment , I have just started to learn the manger side off Aldi learning how to cash handle and do offsales etc
I enjoy the work I do at Aldi and enjoy the working structure I feel the team has made it easier fitting in into the company and I really can’t wait to take more on an achieve all my goals through Aldi’s apprenticeship scheme
I feel like a valued part off the team and Aldi and can’t wait to be learning more because of this, the team makes me feel at home with this company and all do the best to try support me when ever I need help to accomplish my goals at this company
I feel my first year was not the best but by the look of things this will not be an issue this year as I have seen things take a turn for the better and can not wait to start learning more through out this structure of learning and progress through this company
It’s not been the best as I feel there’s been a lot of things got rushed as there was a lot of confusion as to who was coming to do this with companies going bust to people thinking I no longer worked here.
I have had loads of support from the team and mangers with training and feel confident in what I am doing at work and even if it’s not a work issue everyone is always there for support and advice in our team at Aldi
Salary is great and is a good wage for apprenticeships as others can not be as good
