Account managaement for IT Infastructure. Starting off with smaller based businesses at the start of the apprenticeship before getting bigger ones. Customer service, quoting, solving problems.
Developing customer service, time management, responsibility roles, and maturity.
Very much so. The freedom is great and then along with the support from your manager it makes things a fun but professional experience
I feel valued highly and constantly get praise which is appreciated from various people in the company. Including director level.
Fairly well. There could be improvements but its the first year of this kind of apprenticeship scheme here and they have taken the advice from us all on board.
A lot. We have weekly webex’s for questions and then also monthly visits spending the day with them.
A lot of support, especially for me personally through a year with health problems and family grievance
Unbelievably well paid for an apprenticeship.
Loads, constant oppertunities for things work related and non work related for you to get involved in.
Yes
Great place to start, good money, great environment, good support and the scheme will only get better year by year.
Work hard, understand what you are getting yourself in to and make sure you’re resilient.
