  • Account Management at leading IT reseller, Cold calling and managing customers.

  • Yes lots of sales techniques and theory that has been applied into the job. Also lots of admin skills, people skills and teamwork skills.

  • 10/10 love the culture and the job. The potential to do well is what drives me to work hard and the company is very rewarding.

  • Very, I fell just as valued as the next employee.

  • Very, the management and training is very good and there is no micro management.

  • I can always contact them when needed, monthly sessions to train us also.

  • Basic is good and the commission structure pushes me to work hard.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Softcat?
  • Do your homework on the company and role and work hard as it's very rewarding. This apprenticeship has set me up for life without needing a degree.
