Have daily tasks to do first thing when we start. Then have interactions with the other members of staff throughout the day.
I have learnt a number of new skills to do with engineering, and also developed some pre-existing skills that i had but werent great.
I do enjoy the day to day tasks that we have except it does seem a little misguided at times.
I feel somewhat valued at times then also a bit useless where some breakdowns occur and i have no idea how to help.
Not very well as there hasnt been apprentices for my job role before.
I recieve quite a bit of support in terms of my workload and work quality from my training provider as they try to keep me busy and maintain my work to a high standard.
I recieve a good enough amount of support when required such as being quite lenient with holiday days that i take for personal reasons etc.
It is very generous in comparison to other apprentices, as it matches salaries working for other companies as a normal employee.
At the moment we havent had any times when we could work for the company outside of work but i feel like in the near future this might change.
Yes
They are a well organised place to work for if going for a job/apprentiship that has been around before, and the pay is quite good for an apprentice.
Be sure to apply for a thing more suited to your abilities and likes/dislikes.
