Engineering apprenticeship involves working alongside technicians to receive on the job training and experience, whilst also taking one day a week to study towards BTEC and HNC qualifications.
working towards BTEC and NVQ qualifications whilst developing hands on skills.
I enjoy being part of the apprentice and engineering team as a whole.
I feel most of the time I am appreciated by GSK
The NVQ and BTEC/HNC qualifications are well organised but the learning whilst in production areas is never in a set structure.
The college tutors are very supportive.
My manager is very supportive if I need anything.
It covers the necessary costs, whilst not allowing a lot left over.
Yeah there are courses out of work and careers events to attend.
