  • at the minute i am classed as an engineer but the next 3 years i will be a technicain. Jobs: produce tasks given to me, such as drill block, access panel or electrical circuit.

  • i enjoy every single day and very proud to be apart of BAE

  • im 1 of 45 so its a big group but i do feel valued yes

  • very well structured, with great tasks.

  • just the basics, so we still work independently

  • regular emails, PPE, high quality tools and equipment and support

  • perfect, as im only 17 living at home and own a car.

  • very respectable and well oiled business. friendly people and all around brilliant company.

  • be honest, read every night about the company and be passionate about being an engineer
