at the minute i am classed as an engineer but the next 3 years i will be a technicain. Jobs: produce tasks given to me, such as drill block, access panel or electrical circuit.
Many, communication, hands on, team work, problem solving
i enjoy every single day and very proud to be apart of BAE
im 1 of 45 so its a big group but i do feel valued yes
very well structured, with great tasks.
just the basics, so we still work independently
regular emails, PPE, high quality tools and equipment and support
perfect, as im only 17 living at home and own a car.
