My role is a store apprentice. I need to maintain Aldi’s well known customer service, merchandising products and maintaining stock.
I have learned how to give good customer service and how to deal with difficult customers. I have also became much more confident
I enjoy my programme however it would be a lot more better if it was different each week/month instead of doing the same thing .
