My role at aldi is a store apprentice. This involves replenishing stock, tidying the store and operating tills.
Aldi is my first job so all the skills I’ve learnt are new. Some of these skills are: dealing with customers, using a palette truck and carding.
I enjoy my programme as it gives you the opportunity to become a manager. This is a good way to gain experience and to be able to work your way up in the business.
I feel valued at Aldi as they give me the support and training I need to become manager.
I think my programme is well organised as I am given set work and a set time to complete them.
My training provider is always there for me to get in contact with if I need assistance.
Aldi always makes it clear on who I need to contact if I need any help or support within my workplace.
I think Aldi has a very generous pay package.
Aldi gave me the opportunity to go Atherstone and meet all the other apprentices.
Yes
I enjoy my job at Aldi and would recommend it to a friend as it is good pay and gives you lots of experience.
I would advice them to be confident and show determination.
