Each day, I had the opportunity to explore different aspects of the organisation and I was given several different challenges to help the other fellow lawyers in their cases.
This skills I gained thanks to this work experience have been very effective. I learned technical skills including IT skills by working on computers and organisational skills by which included filing and managing folders. It also developed my social skills, I was out in offices with intelligent lawyers which was a different environment for me, however I thouroghly enjoyed this. These skills have helped me and I have used them for other activities in my life.
I really enjoyed this work experience. It was a great way to help me decide if I was still interested in law, it gave me more knowledge on the career I wanted to do with law and I also learned things I did not know. I am even more interested in doing law as a career thanks to this work experience.
I was treated fairly and respected by all members from Pinsent Masons, they made me feel welcomed and they gave us helpful tips that we can put into use in order to achieve the career we wanted, which was law. I felt very valued by Pinsent Masons
It was very organised. For example, on my first two days the trainee I was supposed to be with was sadly unwell and could not make it, and even though the other trainees where busy with there interns, they spent some of there valuable time on me and made sure I was provided with a different trainee for the two days.
We received a great amount of support from our training provider. They made us feel welcomed and in my opinion I felt like I was a part of the organisation throughout that week thanks to the training provider.
We gained a great amount of support from our employer also.

Thanks to these skills that I gained from this work experience, I have successfully got a part time job whilst balancing school.
Yes
I feel that any person would enjoy this experience. It has really helped me grow more as a young adult.
If one is mature, hardworking and is eager to seriously learn about the work of Pinsent Masons then they will leave the work experience with a great deal of knowledge of the world of law and most importantly they will be satisfied with the week they got to spend with these intelligent lawyers.
