I am currently training o how to use the tills. Where all the stick goes and helping customers.
Not learnt any new skills as of yet but I am very new to the programme. Currently learning where all the stick goes is important
I really enjoy it as the people are really nice who I work with and the store manager is very encouraging and supportive.
Quite a lot by most people.
The on site training is good. Could be slightly better to help. Like explaining how the stock is split into the sections and where they are rather that just giving me a pallet and saying put it away aim for x amount of time to complete it.
Only seen him once. The online programme is unclear on what to do and what I need to fill in and don't. Give me stuff to discuss in group when I am on my own with no other trainees learning with me. How ever once it gets explained to me it might make sense but so far it hasn't
Loads. Again my store manager is fantastic. Really encouraging and is just as focused on me getting to know.my colleagues to help settle in as he is for me to get to know the store and the current roles I am doing
On a 30 hour contract at £6 an hour I earn on average £780 a month. My out going are £770 a month
This questuon is unclear as to what it means in regard to
Yes
Because it is a great environment to work in where everyone I have come across is really friendly.
