  • I think it’s very organised and very simple

  • I receive a lot of support from my training provider and that helped massively with my confidence

  • I receive a lot of support because of I didn’t I wouldn’t have been chosen to continue with the last 2 years of the apprenticeship scheme.

  • I think for my age it is a very good salary and I can’t complain.

  • There are a lot of opportunities outside of work through Aldi benefits and our links to teenage cancer trust

  • Working for Aldi is like being in a big family everyone gets on with everyone else and there’s rarely a dispute.
