Keeping store standards high and preforming to my optimum level ensuring accuracy in what I do.
I’ve become more confident in myself and in my abilities.
I enjoy because it’s hard working and it’s a rewarding job.
I do feel very valued because I’ve been chosen to continue my apprenticeship and start training to be a part of management.
I think it’s very organised and very simple
I receive a lot of support from my training provider and that helped massively with my confidence
I receive a lot of support because of I didn’t I wouldn’t have been chosen to continue with the last 2 years of the apprenticeship scheme.
I think for my age it is a very good salary and I can’t complain.
There are a lot of opportunities outside of work through Aldi benefits and our links to teenage cancer trust
Yes
Working for Aldi is like being in a big family everyone gets on with everyone else and there’s rarely a dispute.
You have to be willing to work hard and preform to your best in every shift.
