store apprentice- 1st year im currently doing what a store assistant does so i get a better understanding of work at Aldi. im also doing coursework as well as having observations of my current work tasks.
i have learnt to merchandise stock, different topics such as customer service in my workbooks and also communication with customers
love working with my team as we all communciate tasks really well. all staff are freindly and respectful. over excedded my expectations and currenly enjoing my first year of work at Aldi
very valued from my manager. invovled in a few tasks which is going to help me hopefully become part of the management team.
great induction of starting with ALid. had great support from my tutor as well as my managers. The strucutre wasnt 100 per cent clear at the start but its improving thoughout the year.
a lot of support is giving to me from fuse which helps me with my coursework. tutor is helpful when i need help on knedgable questions. great attitude for support
manager asks me if i need help or have any questions of my course as well as my area manager and tutor. have good access of fuse fr support of my coursework also.
locations is currently perfect as i dont need to spend a lot n travle costs. great pay for first year for an aprrenticeship however i am doing the same work as a store assistant who is on more but i understand that my pay goes up each year
play football for a 6 a side team which keep me active. in addtion, i have currently requested to join the aldi football torunamnet in June. go out socialsiing with friends and play compute games also.

great work environment. very good pay. keeps you on your feet so you cant get bored
dont worry about till speed as it comes gradually. contribute and get stuck in if you are apart of a group interview, it will give you confidence. time and effort will eventually be worth it.
